In  consideration  of  the  Applicant’s  registration  as  attendee  at a  course,  seminar or workshop of peiec international,  the  Applicant  agrees  that: The  Applicant will  not 

1.Sell or  reproduce  the  whole or  any  part of  the course  content  for  money or  content in  any  form  without  obtaining  permission  from peiec international. 

2.Teach or  demonstrate  any  part of  Peiec Healing  and Not  visually, written form, verbally and/or by  audio means record any  part of  the  training and  study except for personal learning.

CONTENT

• Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice, tailored to any Individual.
• All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements and the like that have been or will be made available by the company or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only.
• Program content is for personal use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, downloaded, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of company, or its designated agent.
• The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
• We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials.
• Usernames and passwords may not be shared with any third-parties.
• Any violation of company’s policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrolment without refund.

The Applicant acknowledges that he/she will fully participate in the course and  does  so  with  full  knowledge of  the  potential  effects  for  him/her and  hereby   expressly releases  the  Instructor,  Company,  Directors  and  Attendees  from any  and  all  liability in  respect of  any  personal  injury  that  might  subsequently  become  evident. 

The  manual, videos and  other  materials  provided by peiec  international  as  part of  the  course, have not  been  supplied  with any  particular  recipient,  user, or  client in  mind  and therefore, although all care has been taken by Peiec International in the preparation of  any such manual and/or materials, the information contained in such videos  and/or documents cannot be warranted to be accurate or complete, and is  not  intended to  give  rise to any  contractual or  other  legal  obligations  between peiec international and the student. 

Except as  provided by  law, peiec international,  employees,  consultants and  representatives do not accept any responsibility whatsoever, including responsibility for any physical damage, bodily injury, economic loss or other loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a direct or indirect consequence of errors in   or omissions from the Peiec manual, and/or course or materials, or for any action or inaction taken in reliance upon the contents of these materials. 

 Conduct

Peiec International and Anandi Sano require all course/Program participants to be respectful and professional to staff, and other participants throughout the Course/Program.

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, COMPANY may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:  

•    you become disruptive or difficult to work with;

•    you fail to follow the program guidelines; or,

•    you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s)

STUDENT CONDUCT: If it comes to our attention that any student is not following the guidelines of the purity of what has been given in the peiec modules, has been teaching or showing others the course content, has been negatively impacting other students or clients, or is found to be denigrating peiec or, Anandi Sano or any staff member, peiec International has the right to revoke your Peiec Healing Certification & you will not be able to renew your insurance. Peiec International also reserves the right to refuse a student to progress to the next level or continue with any module(s) if they are not deemed suitable or competent for any of the programs.

INTERACTIVE FEATURES:

It is a condition of your use of the Site and participation in the Program that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the site.
• Use the site to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the site or its features, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks we use to provide the site.
• Use the site to instigate or encourage others to commit illegal activities or cause injury or property damage to any person.
• Gain unauthorized access to the site, or any account, computer system, or network connected to this site, by means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means.
• Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this site.
• Use the site to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
• Use the site to post or transmit any information, software or other material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material that is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or rights holder.
• Use the site to post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
• Use the site to post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes, or that contains advertising.
• Use the site to advertise or solicit to anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without our express written approval.
• Gather for marketing purposes any email addresses or other personal information that has been posted by other users of the site.

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any of Peiec International and Anandi Sano events, online courses, seminars, workshops which are conducted or promoted by Peiec International. These terms and conditions are relevant to all Peiec International events and seminars.

If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Seminar, Event or Workshop.

Attendee Conduct

Peiec International and Anandi Sano requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, Workshop, or Event.

Peiec International Anandi Sano reserves the right to ask a participant and/or their guests to leave the Seminar, Online Course, Workshop, retreat or Event immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, fees for the Seminar, Courses, Workshop, or Event will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

Liability Waiver

While we take every possible measure to ensure a Participants/Attendees safety at a Seminar, Workshop, or Event, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Participants/Attendees are legally responsible for their safety and behaviour.

You, the participant, agree to release not to attempt to hold,Peiec International, Anandi Sano,presenters, speakers, or the promoters of the Seminar, Retreat,Workshop or Event, from any and all liability for loss of or damage to my personal property, and for any and all illness or injury claims, that may result or occur during my attendance at the Seminar, Workshop or Event.

The information presented at the Seminar, Online Course, Webinar, Workshop or Event, by Peiec International, Anandi Sano, facilitators, presenters or guest speakers, or any third-party through the Seminar or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services and advice of trained professionals in any field. Information presented at the Seminar, Workshop or Event should not be confused as such advice.

Peiec International, Anandi Sano , facilitators, presenters nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the participant or the Participants/Attendees business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Seminar, Workshop or Event or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Seminar, Workshop or Event or any products or services provided pursuant to the Seminar, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You, the Participant/Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in our Seminar, Workshop or Event, you agree not to attempt to hold us, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in a Seminar, Workshop or Event at any time, under any circumstance.

Earnings Disclaimer

Making decisions based on any information presented in our products, events, services, or web site, should be done only with the knowledge that you could experience risk or losses just like any entrepreneurial endeavour. Always consult your doctor, accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Participants/Attendees hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Seminar, Workshop or Event are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Peiec International, and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, summarise, teach or train from the materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Peiec International, . Any unauthorised use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

Audio/Visual Rules and Release

Participants/Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Seminar, Workshop, Course, Online membership or course or Event. No recording devices, photography or videography is allowed.

At times we may record or in video and/ or capture in still digital photographs, the Seminar, Workshop or Event. Please be advised that Peiec International, owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during the Seminar, Online Course Workshop or Event.

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions 

All installments are the be paid before or on the due date. For subscriptions and payment plans, each student will be charged monthly. The billing schedule will need to be adhered to as stipulated at the commencement of the course. It is up to the sole responsibility of the student to ensure the correct sufficient funds are available at the time of the due date each month, and that payment is made before or on the date. Peiec International reserves the right to suspend access to a student’s course and online qualification in the event that a student fails to pay any part of the course fees as and when it falls due for payment. Peiec international will not issue a Certificate of Statement of attainment until course fees are paid in full. Should a student default on the repayment schedule: enrollment will be suspended, and the outstanding amount will become immediately due and payable and the outstanding debt will be forwarded to a debt collection agency, and the student may also be required to pay additional fees associated with the debt collection process. When an attempted payment fails, and payment is not made within 48 hours, that student automatically loses access to their course content in Thinkific.

The outstanding payment needs to be successfully made by the student within 48 hours of the invoice due date to re-instate the course content without penalty. If payment is not made within the 48 hour grace period of the invoice due date without contact being made to peiec international, the outstanding debt may then be forwarded to the debt collection agency.

Refund Policy

As with all our course programs and online courses, refunds are not given if you change your mind. Refunds and cancellations are only provided where required by ACCC law. If you are not sure if this is the right program for you, please talk to our course administrators before you decide to enrol. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the time and money to commit to completing our programs.

As per our refund policy above, we do not give refunds for change of mind.

Cancellation Policy

Please do not register yourself, or a guest, unless you are absolutely 100% sure and committed to attending and or completing the Retreats and Paid workshops.

On all Seminars, Workshops, Retreats and Events, an administration processing fee of $250 is included in the cost. This administration processing fee is non-refundable or transferrable, and will not be refunded on any cancellation, under any circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your registration for a retreat and are requesting a refund please contact Peiec international, using the contact details below.

Cancellations made within and up to 8 weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within and up to 6 weeks prior to the event will receive a 25% refund.

Cancellations made within less than 5 weeks are non-refundable.

There is no refund policy on no shows. Event fees are not transferable to another event.

While this policy may appear a little harsh, a lot of time, effort, resources and costs are associated with running a Seminar, Retreat,Workshop, Event. In registering for a Seminar, Workshop, Event, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.

We believe in honesty and transparency, that is why we include the disclaimers and terms and conditions on our Sites.
