TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.anandisano.com (the "Site"), and your enrolment or participation in any course, program, membership, seminar, workshop, retreat, or event conducted or promoted by Flip180 Pty Ltd t/a Peiec International ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), whether delivered online (including via our third-party learning platform, Thinkific), in person, or through any other format.
By accessing the Site, registering for any offering, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site, register for, or attend any Peiec International offering.
1. Intellectual Property and Restricted Use
In consideration of your registration or enrolment, you agree that you will not:
1.1 Sell, reproduce, record, or distribute the whole or any part of any course, program, membership, seminar, workshop, retreat, or event content, in any form, without prior written permission from the Company.
1.2 Teach, demonstrate, or represent yourself as qualified to teach any part of Peiec® to any other person, except where you hold a current, valid certification from the Company explicitly authorising you to do so under a separate written agreement.
1.3 Visually, verbally, in writing, or by audio means, record any part of a training, session, course, or study, except where explicitly permitted for personal learning use only.
All materials, manuals, teaching aids, supplements, videos, and other content made available by the Company, its facilitators, or any other authorised source (the "Materials") are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own participation. Materials may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, downloaded, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the Company's express written consent.
Usernames, passwords, and login credentials are personal to you and may not be shared with any third party. Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your enrolment and access, without refund, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and full damages to protect its intellectual property.
2. Nature of Content — No Individual Advice
Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, and should not be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Content is provided strictly for educational purposes. If you choose to apply any ideas contained in the Materials, you do so at your own discretion and take full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in any Materials. Materials are prepared without knowledge of any particular recipient's circumstances and, while prepared with care, cannot be warranted as accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Nothing in the Materials gives rise to any contractual or other legal obligation between the Company and you beyond what is expressly set out in these Terms.
3. Liability
3.1 By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge that you do so with full knowledge of the potential effects for you, and you release the Company, Anandi Sano, its directors, employees, facilitators, presenters, and fellow participants/attendees from any and all liability in respect of any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage that may become evident during or after participation.
3.2 Except as required by law, the Company, its employees, consultants, representatives, and Anandi Sano do not accept responsibility for any physical damage, bodily injury, economic loss, or other loss or damage suffered by any person as a direct or indirect consequence of errors or omissions in the Materials, or any action or inaction taken in reliance on them.
3.3 No Professional Advice. Information presented through any course, program, membership, seminar, workshop, retreat, or event, whether by the Company, Anandi Sano, facilitators, presenters, or guest speakers, cannot replace or substitute for the services and advice of a trained professional (including medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals), and should not be relied upon as such.
3.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, Anandi Sano, facilitators, presenters, sponsors, partners, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages — including economic loss — arising from your participation, or from your use of, or inability to use, any Materials, information, or strategies, even where advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.5 You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results. By participating, you agree not to hold the Company, Anandi Sano, or any associated party liable for any decisions, actions, or results you experience in life or business as a result of participation, at any time, under any circumstance.
3.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Confidentiality and Non-Compete
You acknowledge that the tools, processes, strategies, materials, and information presented through any Peiec International offering are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Company. You agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, summarise, teach, or train from the Materials in any manner without the Company's express written permission. Unauthorised use or distribution by you, or anyone acting on your behalf, is prohibited, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and full damages to protect its rights.
5. Audio/Visual Rules and Release
You may not, under any circumstance, use any recording device — audio, video, or photographic — to capture information provided during any course, program, membership, seminar, workshop, retreat, or event, unless expressly authorised in writing.
The Company may, from time to time, record or photograph sessions, events, or workshops. The Company owns all rights in any audio, video, or photographic material captured in this way, and may use it for teaching, marketing, or archival purposes.
6. Conduct
The Company and Anandi Sano require all participants to be respectful and professional toward staff, facilitators, hosts, and other participants (and their guests, where applicable) at all times.
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without refund or forgiveness of any remaining payments, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any offering — live, recorded, digital, or in person — if you:
become disruptive, rude, uncooperative, or difficult to work with;
fail to follow program guidelines;
impair the participation of instructors or other participants; or
are intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or an illegal substance at an in-person event.
Student Conduct — Certification and Standing. Where it comes to the Company's attention that a student has not adhered to the integrity of the Peiec® material, has taught or shown course content to others without authorisation, has negatively impacted other students or clients, or has denigrated Peiec®, Anandi Sano, or any staff member, the Company reserves the right to revoke any certification issued to that student and to decline renewal of any associated insurance eligibility. The Company also reserves the right to decline a student's progression to the next level, or continuation in any module, where they are not deemed suitable or competent.
7. Site Use — Interactive Features
As a condition of using the Site, you agree not to:
restrict or inhibit any other user's use or enjoyment of the Site;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
interfere with or disrupt servers or networks used to provide the Site;
use the Site to instigate or encourage illegal activity, injury, or property damage;
gain unauthorised access to the Site or any connected account, system, or network;
obtain or attempt to obtain materials or information not intentionally made available through the Site;
post or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or indecent content;
post or transmit content that infringes the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights;
post or transmit any virus or harmful component;
exploit the Site for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation without our express written approval;
collect email addresses or personal information posted by other users for marketing purposes.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 All instalments must be paid on or before the due date. For subscriptions and payment plans, billing occurs on the schedule stipulated at the commencement of enrolment.
8.2 It is your sole responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.
8.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend your access to course content and any associated qualification if payment is not made when due. Certificates or statements of attainment will not be issued until fees are paid in full.
8.4 Where a payment fails and is not remedied within 48 hours of the due date, access to course content in Thinkific will be automatically suspended.
8.5 To reinstate access without penalty, outstanding payment must be made within 48 hours of the invoice due date. Where payment remains outstanding beyond this grace period without contact from the student, the Company may refer the outstanding debt to a third-party debt collection agency, and the student may be liable for any additional fees associated with debt recovery.
8.6 Where a student defaults on a payment plan, the Company may treat the full outstanding balance as immediately due and payable.
9. Refund Policy
All fees paid to the Company — for any course, program, membership, seminar, workshop, retreat, event, or private session — are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for the request, including change of mind, non-attendance, non-completion, dissatisfaction, or early cancellation, and applies equally to one-off payments, instalment/payment-plan purchases, and recurring membership charges already processed.
Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; no refund, partial or full, will be issued for the current or any prior billing period.
There is no refund for no-shows, and event or workshop fees are not transferable to another event, date, or person.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the ACL applies and entitles you to a remedy, we will comply with our obligations under that law.
If you are uncertain whether a program is right for you, please contact our course administrators before enrolling, at [email protected]. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the time and resources to commit to completing any program before you enrol.
10. Cancellation — Retreats and In-Person Events
Where a Seminar, Workshop, Retreat, or Event includes an administration processing fee, that fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Beyond the administration fee, all cancellation requests are subject to the no-refund policy set out in Section 9. Cancelling your registration does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the fee paid, regardless of how far in advance notice is given.
We understand this policy may seem firm — it reflects the time, resources, and costs committed to preparing and running each Seminar, Workshop, Retreat, or Event. By registering, you agree to this cancellation policy.
11. Earnings and Outcomes Disclaimer
Any decisions you make based on information presented through our programs, events, services, or Site carry inherent risk, as with any personal or entrepreneurial endeavour. We recommend consulting your doctor, accountant, lawyer, or other relevant professional advisor before acting on any information related to a lifestyle, health, business, or financial decision. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results, and agree not to hold us liable for them, at any time, under any circumstance.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email where practicable, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or participation in any offering after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
