Flip180 Pty Ltd t/a Peiec International (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to www.anandisano.com (the “Site”), together with any related services, courses, memberships, communications, and functionality we offer, including content and enrolment delivered through our third-party learning platform, Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”).
By using the Site, enrolling in a course, joining a membership, or otherwise engaging with us, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.
1. Two Categories of Privacy Covered by This Policy
1.1 Teacher–Student Confidentiality. Anandi Sano and Peiec International operate under a strict confidentiality standard in relation to teaching, coaching, and private work. The content of sessions, correspondence, and any personal information shared in that context will never be disclosed. Where we wish to share a student's story or experience (for testimonial or marketing purposes), we will only do so with your specific, informed consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
1.2 General Personal Information. We collect and process personal information in connection with enquiries, purchases, enrolments, and site use, as set out below.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact and enquiry forms: name, email, and any information you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site.
- Purchases and enrolments: name, billing address, email, and order details when you purchase a course, membership, or private session. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor(s) and are never stored by us.
- Thinkific account data: if you enrol in a course or membership hosted on Thinkific, Thinkific collects and processes account information (name, email, login credentials, course progress, and activity within the platform) as an independent data controller/processor under its own privacy policy, available at thinkific.com/privacy. We encourage you to review it.
- Email communications: if you correspond with us by email, we retain that correspondence, your email address, and our responses.
- Marketing and email list data: if you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your name and email via our email service provider (Ontraport) to send periodic communications, which you may unsubscribe from at any time via the link in each email.
- Analytics data: aggregated, non-identifying behavioural data (pages visited, time on page) via Google Analytics.
3. Cookies
The Site uses cookies to recognise your browser or device and to understand how the Site is used, in order to improve performance and personalisation. You can disable cookies through your browser settings. By continuing to use the Site with cookies enabled, you consent to their use.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- deliver purchased courses, memberships, and services (including via Thinkific);
- process transactions and manage enrolments;
- respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- send you periodic emails and marketing communications (opt-out available at any time);
- improve the Site and our offerings;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use reputable third-party providers to operate our business, including but not limited to:
- Thinkific — course and membership hosting, enrolment, and payment processing for digital products.
- Ontraport — email marketing and CRM.
- Google Analytics — website analytics.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and security standards. We only share the minimum information necessary for these providers to perform their function.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases of courses, memberships, and digital products — including but not limited to The Foundation and any other offering — are final and non-refundable, regardless of completion status or reason for the request. This applies to one-off purchases and to membership payments already processed. Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing, but no partial or full refund will be issued for the current or any prior billing period. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
7. How Your Data Is Protected
Thinkfic uses commercially reasonable security measures, including SSL encryption for data transmission and reputable third-party vendors with their own security standards. Payment card information is never transmitted to us via email and is never stored by us directly. We monitor network traffic for unauthorised access attempts.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, or until you request deletion (subject to any legal retention requirements).
9. Your Rights
